Michael brings a broad base of experience to the Iconic leadership team, with 33 years of industry leadership experience in embroidery, digitizing, screen-printing and corporate environments internationally. Michael’s expertise spans across sales, marketing and operations functions with some of North America’s leading companies. He was a successful General Manager with Sunshine Embroidery & Punching running the trade-show business and sales team for three years before buying the company. He then spent 30 years building Sunshine/Graphx Source into North America’s largest digitizing and art house. Sunshine Graphx Source now has 1050 employees and offices in Bangkok Thailand, Pune India, San Pedro Sula Honduras, Calgary Alberta and Dallas Texas with 19 different digitizing brands and affiliates. Michael expanded his business in 2005 when he purchased a small local embroidery company and transformed it into Alberta’s leading wholesale decorator with the most embroidery heads in Southern Alberta (Iconic Wholesale Embroidery). Iconic services Canada's largest marketing companies and offers a variety of decoration services.
In 2017 Michael added an state of the art 160,000 square feet decoration facility in Clarksville TN, offering 190 heads of wholesale embroidery for the golf manufacturing industry.

Kyle brings more than 20 years experience to the embroidery industry. He originally started at Sunshine Digitizing providing the industry with premium digitizing, vectorizing and stock designs. Prior to joining Sunshine Digitizing, Kyle had been working in sales for over five years and brought his extensive knowledge to quickly increase sales and profits by helping deliver marketing solutions to Sunshine's clients. In 2005, Kyle assisted Michael in expanding his business and together they successfully created Alberta’s leading wholesale decorator (Iconic Wholesale Embroidery). Kyle's ambition and hard work successfully enabled him to become Vice President in 2011 and today he oversees domestic development and growth for Iconic Wholesale Embroidery.
