Sunshine Embroidery Digitizing Orders
1.Visit www.sunshinedigitizing.com
2. Register as a new user.
On the left hand side you will see a tab saying “New User.” Click on “New User” and fill out your company’s profile information. Choose a username and password, and then submit your information. Registration is free and there are no obligations for ordering. There are no monthly or annual fees in regards to becoming a member.
3. Quote
Before submitting your order, go to the “Quotes” area and upload your design. Within the hour, a sales representative will review your design and provide you with an estimated quote. It is optional to request a quote; however, we highly recommend it.
4. Request an order
When you have submitted a quote, click the “convert to order” button and fill out any additional information. If you don’t want a quote, you can go straight to “submit order” and fill in the order form. Upload your artwork and submit your order. Our sales representatives will review your submitting and may add “alerts” to your account, regarding questions or concerns.
5. Check Order Alerts
Check the status of you orders on regular basis to make sure there are no “alerts” or questions pending. If there are “alerts” on your account, the turnaround time may take longer.
6. Finished Products
Log in into your account and download your finished order. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
